D/S Window ..???

Well not such a big deal now, but in the winter the DS window goes up REALLY slow, now being warmer it only does it once in a while, but always slower than the other windows. I am wondring if the motor is on its way out, just needs greasing, or what, anyone had this problem or have an idea of whats going on>??

It's caused by the rubber trim around the window, you'll see how its bent and when you roll it up it rubs and goes slowly. In colder weather, rubber is colder and more reluctant to bend which makes sense that it goes slower in that weather.

so if I replace the rubber trimming she should be good, is it the trim along the door(panel) or all the way around(sides, top) thanks for replies I'll be glad if this is all that it is.
