Fuel & Temp Gauge Help

so my fuel & temp gauge is acting up. the fuel gauge stays above the half line and close to the "F", once in a while it falls back down to the right amount of gas i actually have in my tank. my temp gauge basically does the same thing to. i already change my coolant temp sensor. could it be the thermostat? any ideas???

thanks in advance

The car doesn't get hot n I am not losing coolant or leakin.
You think if I reset my ecu, it would go back to normal? I didn't reset it after I installed the new coolant sensor.

Rod, I'll let u kno if I need the gauges. Thanks
