Did i get ripped off or what, because every one was telling me it was cheaper. And how many of them are there, bacause the dealer had truble understanding which one i need. Thanks.

The sensor itself shouldn't cost more than $60.. The rest was probably for labor...

Depends on the dealer and the O2 part. I paid $119 for a rear sensor - and that was after a 20% discount coupon!

Most 4Gen Maximas have three Oxygen Sensors. There are two "front" Oxygen Sensors, one mounted in each branch of the Y-pipe. There is one "rear" sensor mounted just downstream of the Catalytic Converter. The Engine Control Module (the computer) uses the signals from the two front sensors to control the fuel mixture. When the front sensors are operating normally the rear sensor is used only to monitor the performance of the Catalytic Converter.

As soon as you tell the dealer "Front Heated Oxygen Sensor, Right Bank" he knows everything he needs to know. $135 sounds like the right price for a Nissan part, installed (considering that you live in a high labor cost location). You can buy a Bosch Oxygen Sensor from a parts store for about $80. You can buy a Nissan Oxygen Sensor for even less from one of the Nissan dealers which sells factory parts at a discount, by mail order. A list of these dealers is found in the Sticky titled 4th Gen Maxima Maintenance Items.

FYI - the NISSAN O2 sensors I bought to replace my old ones were stamped with "Bosch" as well... the new ones had a slightly different design though...$65 each for the front 2 sounds about right...

I paid like $70 something each not installed. Be sure to state the left or right front as they are different (well, ok, same sensor, two different part numbers, two different lengths for the wire that goes from the sensor to the harness.

Just checked my reciet

They charged me $119 and i instaled it for $40 from my mechanik. Also i showed them the print out from this page on which sensor i need and they still had trouble understanding. I guess they didnt want to mess up. The sensor fit nicely, but mechanik sad if the same code comes on again we will put it in defferent place.

The code 0903 vent controll valve, i checked it wit 12v and it worked, so i used wd40 and air to clean it because thats one of the codes that pops up.

1)Could it be NOT the valves fault but the box because the valve worked good.
2) my comp is bugging out and i should pull out the bulb and drive untill notecible things start breaking

Things you can do...

1) Ask your dealer if there is a "campaign" which authorizes them to replace the EVAP Canister Vent Control Valve at no cost to you.

2) Check the condition of the wires and hoses which connect to the the EVAP Canister Vent Control Valve.

3) Remove the EVAP Canister and dump out any accumulated water.

... 2) my comp is bugging out and i should pull out the bulb and drive untill notecible things start breaking
This is the "Ostrich Technique". It doesn't fix anything and is not recommended.
