At least I have...there are not many max's in my part o' town w/ a fat exhaust tip, 17 or 18" wheels, etc - some of you here on the forum excluded. Mine is completely stock right now. So, when I see one, mainly 4th or 5th gen that's done right it just makes me drool.

I payed a shop to do it. $45.00.
I watched the install and it is not that difficult. The hardest part looked to be cutting the hole in the right place in the fender well for the filter. There is one hose that remains disconnected when it's all done. And a few wiring harnesses are left loose because the all the factory plastic that it was secured to is now gone. I will revisit these things so that look is better. It is weird seeing all the open space when it's done. The POP charger is so big, it fills up the gap vacated by the removal of the airbox and air ducts but the CAI is just a big tube...
