96 Max Odometer Dead

I purchased a '96 Max last week, and noticed after a few days that it only worked sometimes. I bought the car "As-Is" from a dealer. Do you think that i can get them to fix it for me? Any other advice would be very much appreciated in this matter. Thanks!

As-Is = No Warranty

"As-Is" means exactly that. No warranty whatsoever. I doubt the dealer will fix anything on your car.
