Need some help. 2 flat tires

Long story short I ran into a ditch on the drivers side and both of the drivers side tires are flat and the front rim is bent. I can get a rim for $40 from a junkyard here. My car is just sitting in a parking lot now since I don't have 2 spares and I don't want to pay a $50 towing fee, but my brothers girlfriend has a Maxima so I'm going to borrow her spare. The tires I have now are Yokohama, not sure which one, and are directional. What I was thinking of doing is moving my right rear tire to a wheel that would go onto the front drivers side, the good tires have about 55%-65% tread. Then all I would need to do is get 2 new tires for the rear. They rears that I would buy would be the same tire, Yokohama whatever I have, I have to look, as the fronts. Or either get all 4 new tires. Sorry if that sounds confusing but what would you do if you were in my shoes.

New tires on the front not the rear. that is where you traction, steering and stopping occurs. Not to mention they will be exactly the same. put the new tires on the front and get them aligned. front is 100% more important than the rear.

what choice do you really have? you need tires...buy tires..
theres no point in buying all 4 if you still have tread on two of them. just put the old tires on the back and buy two knew for the front...its really pretty simple.
