how do i secure my license plate..

I am so pissed off right now... someone just jacked my HIN license plate frame... just wondering if there is a better way to secure my license plate.. not gonna put another frame on though.. but the area around where I work is where the ghetto people live..

Look in an auto parts store where they keep the vanity plates and frames. I do believe they have Allen wrench screws and other security screw setups that make it not impossible, but a bit more difficult for the bad guys to take your frame. If they want it, they'll get it, but the mere fact that it might take them a little longer may be deterrent enough to have them pass on you next time. Sucks goose ***** that they got you though. Sorry to hear.

THey also sell 1 way screws like for the public rest rooms they will have to pry it of if they wan it it has a slit and can only turn 1 way.

ahh thx for the ideas! HIN= hot import nights, guess they wanted the frame cuz they couldnt be there? =/ stupid kids i guess.. O well.. just happens I was unlucky..

I replaced a bump of my bolt (foglights etc) with torx head screws because a theif is unlikly to be carry a torx head screwdriver.

yea good idea.. now my onlt problem is to ac tually find the torx head screws haha.. also I think I will add lock nuts in the back to secure the torx screws. Im tired of these ghettot hings happening at my working place parking lot.

Ooo, good idea. Do they come in various sizes? Say, small enough for use in securing an amp in the trunk. Might be gravy. What do you think?

There should be two clips that clip into the plastic, and then the screws go into the clips...those big screws you can use A big bolt, Hex Screws... Lowes..
