Noob question on grounding

Hey guys i know this is a noob question but i was wondering if i wanted to install some ground wires, where and how would i exactly do this. I think my stock grounds are bad, so i just want to install additional ones. As far as i know i take one end of the wire connect it to the neg battery terminal and then run it somewhere, i just dont know where (as to the best spot to ground it). And, is that the only wire i would need to ground the car, or do i need to install more??? if so, where?

The main problem im concerned about is harsh starts at times. Car works perfectly when it started, but i seem to get a hesitant start, the car will crank and die, then when i turn the key back and start it again it starts. I check the bat, alt, TB, etc., everything is okay.

I should also mention, when i was underneath the car, i noticed that the ground wire that should be connected to one of the exhaust hangers was just hanging, is that a big deal?

Those instructions don't look like they ground the starter...isn't that the most important ground in his case?

Run a wire from your starter to the negitive cable or a good connection on the body somewhere. Might be time to ditch your neg cable for a new one too.

Don't get one, just make it. But if your grounds are good, you probably don't have to do anything lol.

Do the Big 3. MAYBE add the stareter re-ground. Prosper.

Grounding "kits" are a waste of money.

Pics about 1/2-way down the page...http://forums.maxima.org/showthread.php?t=505174&page=3
