Spongy feeling brakes?

Spongy feeling brakes?

just got a new set of pads put on and the brakes feel very spongy. is there a cable you can tighten or anything to give the brake pedal more initial "bite" and less play?

I believe if you look like 1 or 2 pages back there was a post done by KARIM who had installed a BBK and it had a link that shows you how to bleed the brakes...
