it's notchy, even with the Larrio bushing and the Amsoil. But it definitely slides into gear easier. Even before these additional mods, I was always very happy with the shifter. Felt sturdy and strong, with a real nice positive feeling to each shift. I think it's worth it but of course there are always the nay-sayers....

I have one I wouldnt say it is notchy. It actually feels as smooth as stock. I highly recommend it. Worth every penny. The only thing I will say is when your at a light or so and just want to put it into neutral it seems you have to push a bit harder but normal shifting it easy.

love it. its a little nottchy at first but after you break it in its perfect. Just make sure to grease the pivot ball nice and good before to install it.

Ive been wondering the same. Would you say shifting is easier than stock with it? Id like to improve the shift feel but was worried it would only hurt it.

I have had mine for 2 years. I have amsoil now but I love it. I have put a beating on it and it still is great. I have broken a few eBay shifters and that is the worst feeling in the world. Plus, it comes with a nice **** and a sticker... How could you go wrong?!?!?!

LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!!! One of the better mods I have installed.

I installed it along with Larrio Shifter Bushing + Redline Transmission Fluid. Shifts as it should from the factory, driving with a oem shifter after driving with the B&M will make you laugh and you will not go back.

Plus I love the positive thud I get with each shift.

Good feedback on this. I'm in need of a STS.

Looking on ebay just curious. Is this a B&M? It looks similar to it just without the name on it.

Love it. I actually like the notchy feeling its just saying "Hey i'm in gear". Wouldn't change it besides a Poly shift bushing.

I love it. Using redline shock proof along with a larrio bushing. I really wouldn't say it's notchy at all. It's more like it tells you it's going into gear. I haven't missed a shift since i installed it except when i was goofing around. I've done some very spirited racing and it goes into gear perfectly each and every time. I do have a weighted shifter, so perhaps that helps some but i love the B&M and highly recommend it to anyone.
