it will work just fine. just keep in mind that the cf hood will comprimise the integrity of the vehicles structure if you ever get in an accident god forbid.
also it might seem as if your vehicle has a tad bit more pick up than usual. if so that is due to the weight loss.

You won't notice 30lbs on acceleration. If you're really in tune with your car you might notice a bit less weight over the front axle when cornering.

As if, i have both a CF trunk and hood and I didnt notice squat.

Im trying to find a cabron fiber hood also. My hood has alot of chips from driving it on the highway. I dont want to pay to get it sanded and repainted. So i thought this would be the best thing
