Trying to identify starting problem

My friends say its a hanging starter but its only been doing this since i got the upper oil pan changed by a mechanic so i think it might be something unplugged i took the CEL out but i have my friend bringing a code reader over tonight to see if any codes were thrown, so pretty much any suggestions?
