From what i've heard, alot of people like the h&r springs along with the illumnia, or the blues. Don't know if this helps cause im not lowered myself yet, getting really close though

Well I would look in the handling sticky. But as for any set up It's never going to ride like exactly like stock but that little ride quality you give up gets you a whole lot better handling. I would not drop more then an inch also. With an inch drop the car doesn't scrape too much and the spacing between the wheels and the fender is almost perfect. Mine is only lowered an inch and people can tell and It's only scrapes on speed bumps once and a while.
My set up is tokico struts with eibach springs I would recommend it to anyone else. my struts are over 7 years old and the car handles like the day it was new. It rides like stock for the most part it's only on the big bumps at high speeds where a notice a little difference. The progressive springs are nice for the handling and the fact that i can load the car up with as much people and junk as I want and the ride hight stays the same.

There's tons of threads on this, that's precisely why you're getting next to no replies..

Use the search function, there's a free version.

Which intake should you get, you ask? Well, that's debatable.

how many more times is this question going to be asked?

your question is very much like me posting a thread and asking what i should major in college???? dont ask OTHERS what you like, you decide for yourself.

there is no such thing as a "good combination of good drop and good ride quality". if you dont want to ruin your ride quality, stay stock. if you want to lower your car, suck it up and lower it like a man. get some coilovers and dump it 3". all of that eibach and H&R is waste of money. why would u spend $500 and at the end of the day still be able to fit your head in the fender. waste of $$.. either u slam it to where u get a good combo of handling and drop or u drive 4x4.

my advice to all of you asking these questions is just to stay stock because you arent serious about lowering your car, if you were, you wouldnt come here asking us how much your butt is gonna hurt after u hit a pothole. ask anybody who is serious about lowering their car, none of them complain about their 4" drop on stiff springs.

Progress/AGX feels and looks good. Ride comfort is light years better than my stiff as fawk coilovers.

Progress/ AGX as ewuzh said is IMO the best spring/strut combo without going too crazy.

However, if you're serious for performance I'd say do coilovers..
