Weather Guard Issues

Last week me and two of my friends replaced the front bumper cover on my car. However it seems we forgot to bolt in the weatherguard, and now it sort of hangs half way down and rubs against the ground everytime possible. I haven't even attempted to see how to fix it. Was going to try and get some idearrrz from youse guys. My main concern is will this become a concern

Any suggestions that would not include taking the bumper off again?

if u r talking about the plastic cover that connects to the underside of the bumper and keeps dirt away from the bottom of the engine...there is nothing to think about or to be concerned about, just put the 10 mm bolts back on that hold the guard and u r done, what is the point of this thread ? be more specific
