Every time I hit a bump my steering wheel makes a pinging sound like metal to metal. Does anyone know what this could be it sounds like a loose whasher or bolt to me. Also where can we get the special tool for the side of the steering wheel which releases the horn form the steering wheel?

 

Check the steering wheel linkage. Its probably loose. You can get that tool from autozone
