Rear strut easy fix?
How easy is it to replace a rear strut? upon inspection one of my rear struts is leaking, so I was wondering how long it would take for a DIY replacement.
On another note I replaced my CV boots 18 months ago and now they are torn again (!@#$%) i had them replaced at a shop but this time I don't have that kind of cash so I might have to replace them myself any suggestions?

Decent jack and two jackstands make both of those jobs easy. The most "difficult" part of the rear shock install is using the spring compressor. Even then, it's only time consuming. There are DIY's on both of these.

The rear struts aren't as easy as the front ones.
