Getting an Emissions Test Waiver
I had 5spd swap therefore have some codes ( solenoids Transmission COntrol etc..) but of course Emission ppl are ignorant and when I tell them my emission parts are in working order, they give me the run around of fixing it to recieve waiver blah blah. I know there is nothing with car's emission system.
So finally my question is does anyone know a shop in Maryland that will be able to issue me the invoice that I spent over 450 in repairs for a fee
Thanks

sounds kindy fishy to me, if by chance anyone on the org knew of a place they would be stupid to post it online. Maybe thats why you have gotten no responses. I suggest going to a mom and pop shop and offering them some extra cash to pass your car. Money talks.

It doesnt matter if the codes have nothing to do with the emission system. When you go in for a smog they plug your ECU into their computer, if you have a code in there, doesnt matter what for, their computer will fail you, not much they can do about that.
