11 second car???

what is the cheapest car to mod into a 11 second or below car. I saw on TV a 9 second civic hatchback. Will nos be needed?

Crankwalk, is caused by insufficient oiling of the bearings that hold the crank where it's supposed to be, as well as weak bushings that are supposed to hold the crank where it is when you put in the clutch. Over time, this causes the crank to move, or "walk" a few millimeters in and out of the block, causing ungodly amounts of wear on the motor
