Need some help with my car

Tonight i was driving on the highway at about 80 or 90 tops. I was getting off the highway when i noticed that the motor was at about close to 2000 rpm and i was not revving the motor at all. So i stop and adjusted the idle screw and that fix the problem. I just got home and the car did it again. What could the problem be. Please i really need some help with this. Thanks.

Ps- i have an auto. If that helps.

Ok so today i swap the maf's to see if it was that and then car is still doing it. I also checked the tps and its fine at 0.572 at idle and 3.986 at open. So what else could be the problem ?

Check the IACV and adjust the idle there

0505 is nothing
1105 is improper shifting into 3rd gear(auto tranny problem?)
0171 is not a good code

I would clear the codes, drive around for a while and then check the codes yourself and see what pops up.

The codes you get from a scanner are different than the ones you get by pulling them manually. What he listed are the correct codes.
