So my check engine light came on and I ran the diagnostic code from it. I got the code 06 06 - Cylinder 3 Misfire.

I first replaced the spark plugs, and while I was doing that, I switched the 1st and 3rd cylinder ignition coils to see if it was the coil that was bad. (if it was the coil, than the code would change to cylinder 1 misfire).

After this, the code came up again as 06 06 - Cylinder 3 misfire. What else could this code be?

 

As the stickies say, it could also be the injector.

 

probably an injector, I've had this problem more than once.
