New problem from changing axles

I got my axles changed yesterday, later on that day when I got on the highway i felt a little vibration on the pedal, and when i gave it some gas i heard a very quiet rumbling noise, i called the mechanic this morning and he told me maybe my wheels need balancing but i have four new tires and the wheels have all been balanced within the year. I'm planning on taking it back to him later today to check it out. Any ideas what it could be?

Did you tighten down that bracket on the passenger side axle all the way?

I have the same problem as the thread starter. I believe that it might be assciated with the bracket not being tight. I have one thatis tightened, but the other is kinda just hanging in there.

I don't think that being low on tranny fluid will cause vibration in the gas pedal.

so are those 3 12mm bolts that bolt the axle to the bracket on the block tight? If those are not tight that can move around and make a noise and a vibration.
