I am pretty sure they bolt right up. All 4th gens come preped from the factory with wiring for power seats...I am not sure about heated, but the 5th gen seats should bolt right in with minor modifications, if any.

I have also seen the G35 coupe seats in a Maxima.

Start calling junkyards or hop on the g35driver.com forum and search around over there for someone who totalled theirs/switched for racing seats. It will be pricey tho...

yea that syfero guy did it on his i30, well the 5th gens will not require that much work, but the g35's you'll have change everything. Which i don't mind doing if the price is right for the seats ya know?

So the 5th gen = minor work... like what? If it's just drilling and tapping new mount holes it's nothing... but I don't weld

Lot of misinformation in here.

More less the 5th gen 3/4 holes line up and they can be made to fit with little work. Try googling Vsmoylov and seats or 5.5, he is one of the last people I remember doing it.

Sy swapped out seat pans but others have left the G35 seat pan. IMO swapping the G35/350 seat onto Maxima pan and rails is the easiest way to go. Especially if you don't want to get into welding. You WILL have to drill to adapt the G35/Z to the Maxima seat frame however, but if that seems difficult to you the swap may not be the avenue to persue.

I know what happened, but that wasnt my point. And I'm not interested in seat-swap either.
