How does a sign telling you to buckle up make you a "rice burner"?

And why does it make you sick? Are you one of those people that doesn't wear his seatbelt because it "wrinkles your clothes"?

RE: Removing Seatbelt Advisory from Visor...

Sorry I don't know how to, but I want to do this too. I hate it, its so large it is the same size on a minivan. I've seen cars with Sparco replacement visors, so I know you can get them...but to Maximas with them...Maybe they're all for the rice civics and integras (although I saw them on a new MR2). I want those they look awesome. Anything to replace the ugly seatbelt advisory. BTW, I know you can't just pull them off (My old car learned that the hard way). If you try to pull them off you will leave a large indentation and stick residue and it looks worse that the advisory. But on the other hand if you do this you can probably put a sticker on it...come to think of it you can probably put a sticker on top of the advisory. Just trying to help.

It reminds me when i had ford taurus 1992 SE long time ago, i did something to dissable seat belt warning, i located under drivers seat some switch which was connected to belt lock and disconnected it, and from there no more stupid advisors to wear seat belts on ford car.

regarding maxima i do not have idea how it is done maybe same way? could you guys look under drivers seat and see how seat lock mechanism looks?

I think he was referring to the sticker on the sun visor and not the seat belt light.

this is an old thread but

im just wondering if anyone has gone ahead and come up with a good way to remove these warning labels from the visors? it would look nice if they were just all cloth.
