quick starter question..

anyone know what the torque specs are on the 2 starter bolts that go to the block?

shorter bolt 30.4-41.2 (3.1-4.2, 22.4-30.4)
longer bolt 77.5-98.1 (7.9-10.0, 57.1-72.3)

got it off the 97 FSM
