Those with z32 calipers and cobra rotors, im getting grinding noise need help

Im getting a grinding noise when i come to slow stops, its a grind grind grind, I checked the pads and they looked okay. any Ideas? thanks

At what times/conditions does this occur? Irish44J has been troubleshooting his brake setup for a few months and resolved his issue IIRC. Check the advanced suspension forum for his and Kevlo's information.
