Are the factory control arms a common problem with max's my alignment cant get done cause they said the control arm is bent or possibly worse. are there any options for stronger replacments?TIA

 

are u getting an alignment at firestone?

cuz they dont know their *** from their elbow...

the bushings do wear out.... how many miles do u have on the car?

 

Bent or worn, which one is it? If they can't tell you, take it someplace else.

 

my poly bushings are good i just had them put in a little over 4-5000 miles ago they said the passanger side control arm is bent. I went to NTB, Goodyear, but they all said the same

 

well maybe it's really bent? they don't just bend on their own though, an impact must have occurred at some point if it's really bent. i know a couple people have seam welded their LCAs in an attempt to stiffen them.

 

yea i was going to do that theres huge seems that could be tacked together on the LCA's, just wanted to know if anyone else made aftermarket LCA/s for the car
