Dash lights acting different

Dash lights acting different
THe seat belt light doesn't come on anymore...not even at start...The service engine light I had a code 10 08 for a EVAP and before that a 02 sensor, not sure which. That light doesn't come on anymore, but it comes on when i turn the car on and goes off like nothing is wrong.
Last week i put indiglos in and wired them to the light in the ash try, but nothing seems to be wrong there...any ideas on whats going on?
