is this like a lamin-x tint peice. i have that. it looked great for a while, but after about a year the adhesive starts to burn and i now have yellow fogs with burnt dark brown pupils. are these any different?

 

I was wondering about the possibility of the overlay burning. I'm sure it would if you ran over wattage bulbs, but then they would burn out quickly too.

 

Lookin good, i have been looking for amber fog lamps...they look too sweet at night

Finally got them made did you end up sending your fogs to him as a template or was there a test car?

 

WhiteA32 made his own template and sent it to the guy.

Yeah I was the test car you could say... I had to make the template and trace it onto paper and then I scaned them and sent them to Bat

MAXIMA985SPD, no commission. I didn't do it for the money.

Thats a cool idea. Now maybe they can do the same thing for the clearance lights to make them amber. Ive been wanting to get some Amber bumper lights but I want matching clearance lights to go with it. I dunno, just an idea. I wanted something like this.

 

Thats exactly the look I was looking for! With Amber fogs and everything i think it would look sick...

 

when did amber make such a come-back. when i was a noob "dc clear bumper lenses, r/c tails, and drop that motha sucka" was the anthem. the amber corner does look good and the bumper lights HAVE to match... but fogs? can you chop that pic with some amber fogs?

 

I had clears on when I bought the car and i hated it, looked so plain, added ambers and look a million times better, pops out and gives the front end character...especially on a white car...

Edit: +1 on the above pic photo chopped, I would do it, but I fail at that

yeah man thats exactly how i feel. i mean i know it would look good but until now the only option woulda been paint and well lets just say ive seen painted lights and most the time it dont come out right. But this film here sounds like a very good idea. i just wish ebay still sold those JDM Amber Clear bumper lights they used to sell. Anyway the Amber Fogs is a unique idea, I probably wouldn't do it but it does sound interesting. So I did the best I could do on this pic to get a lil idea of what it would look like. Hope its good enough.

idea for you amber guys. get a set of dc clears (looks like you got em already enomik) and overlays for the clearance, bumper, and fogs. that way the should match perfectly. still not feelin the amber fogs. chop it one more time with orange clearance and bumper, yellow fogs. please...

bro the amber bumper/clearance looks sick. just leave the fogs out altogether.

the yellow fogs look so hot. just did a 97 front and back end swap and those yellow fogs are def my next mod. sweet.

Yes stock amber bumper lights with amber fogs. We aren't all in agreement. At least I'm not until I see one last picture if it's possible.

 

Here are mine............i bought them from Bat.... My issue with them is that the yellow is to light.... during day light they have a green tone to them, thinking about taking them off..
