Stillen Lip After A Crazy Night
Do you think Stillen will rectify this situation? This is in three separate pieces, with chunks missing.

As long as you bought the lip NEW from Stillen or an Authorized Stillen Dealer, its covered 100% even with shipping out to you. All you need to do it pay for paint. I wacked into a curb over the winter and it was covered 100% and I purchased it NEW from Redline. If you bought it used, your outa luck.

Didn't successfully complete a K-turn on a bumpy, dirt road while I was drunk.
I bought the Lip brand spanking new from Stillen.

It didn't matter if I was drunk or not. I didn't see a metal drain pipe on the side of the road that I got stuck on since it was at night. However, being drunk made me oblivious to my lip actually falling off so I had to pick it up the day after.

I don't care if my lip broke I was just careless. I do not condone driving drunk, I was good enough to drive being just buzzed.
I didn't know this road was going to be bad. I chose a wrong spot to make a K-turn and hit a raised man-hole/pipe.

I shouldn't have been driving. I'm not really mad that I messed up my lip.
Thanks for the response Matty. Like none of you guys have driven UTI.

Nice job. But seriously, everyone needs to shut up in here and stop playing the "mother" role. He admits he was drinking and from what I can read it is not the alcohol that caused the accident here. I believe that like what matty said they will refund it as long as it was purchased directly thru Stillen. Put your panties back on everyone...its not like none of us have never driven after drinking a few beers...

i never drink and drive... but yea its not about playing mother role... its about puting my life at risk when i go for a drive cause someone couldnt find a sober person to drive... i get one of my home girls who DOESNT drink at all and she can drive a manual.. so it works great for me.. but also i dont want to wreck my car..
but wow.. damm.. i wish stillen made a lip for the i30 = (.. but like eveyone said it should be replaced if from them.
PS. thats not fiberglass is it?

It's not fiberglass, but I should take a picture of what I ran into. I got stuck over it and couldn't move once I hit it. I beat on my lip all the time though.

No, I am not telling YOU anything. Nor am I telling ANYONE on this forum what to do, how to act, or what to say. All I am saying is that one person says "OMG HE WAS DRINKING" and you all jump on the bandwagon and tool on the OP. He said he was "buzzed" not "drunk". Legal drinking limits are set in states for reasons. Seriously, you shut up.
