Help me decipher this error code.

Well in the past few months I have had an ongoing battle with my CEL. First it was the knock sensor, then it was O2 sensors, now I have yet another. My carchip e/x is telling me that the code is P1130 "Unknown Power train DTC (Manufacture Controlled Fuel and Air Metering)." My first thought would be the MAF, would I be wrong in assuming that or is it something else? I got a used one off ebay for cheap, cleared the code and it still came back. My car is at 95,000 miles and its a 99 Cali spec. Any ideas?

P1130 is the swirl valve control solenoid valve.

Here's a quick screen from XPDF:

Download the FSM at phatg20.net to see all of the information and troubleshooting and whatnot.

I guess in the future I should not trust the car chip, and just use the FSM. Thanks for your help, I really appreciate it.

Actually I recently had the knock sensor replaced and from reading some posts about it for the Cali spec you would have to move the swirl control valve to get to the knock sensor. Do you think the shop I had install the knock sensor (I didn't have the tools to do it) could have damaged something in the process?
