Hey guys,

Could somebody tell me exactly where the lower strut bolts are on my car, a 95 SE. Descriptions would be great, pictures/diagrams would be awesome.
Why you ask? I need to loosen the bolts and re-tighten them without raising my car or removing the tire, to play around with the camber a little bit. I need to add a little negative camber. Damn that right pull

There are only 5 bolts that hold the strut to the car, 3 on top and two on the bottom. There are two bolts that hold on the brake assembly to the strut. Kinda hard to miss.

So, the two lower strut bolts are attached to the brake assembly? I haven't exactly looked for them but is it possible to loosen and adjust them with the car on the ground and the wheels still on? if so how?

Thanks

The lower strut bolts are not attached to the brake assembly, they are attached to the steering knuckle. There is a good diagram of these parts in the Chilton repair manual, page 8-9.

It is possible to adjust them with the car on the ground and the wheels still on. In fact, that is the usual way it is done on an alignment rack. Any wheel alignment man can show you.
