Headlight missaligned...How to fix?

Headlight missaligned...How to fix?

I attached some photos, you can see the hood overhangs the passenger headlight for some reason, i just cant figure out how to fix this. Any input would be a big help. Could it be caused by that dent you see, near the fog light(fog light is removed)?

my light (drivers side) is a bit outta whack too .... pushed in a bit next to the grill. I just aimed my lights so it's no big deal really. don't think that bump in the fog area would cause it to be too far outta alignment tho ...
