I like to know the normal engine idle speed for a '95 Maxima. When I stopped at a light, my rpm goes to 600-700 rpm and I can feel a little vibration from the engine bay. Is this too low and is there any way I can tweak it up?

 

M/T @ idle: 650 +/- 50
A/T @ idle: 700 +/- 50

W/ Air Conditioner ON: 850 or more

You can increase your idle by using the IACV screw, but i suggest cleaning the IACV anyways, its a known issue on these cars
