I dont know where you would get it from where you live. My buddy owns a performance shop up here and I got my ZEX kit from him. He didnt have NOS. As far as the shots go though, Im use a 75 shot now but before last night I hardly ever spray. I wouldnt do a 100 shot, I know people do it but its pretty risky. I know of two cars that blew there engines with 100 shots a couple of weeks ago at Bandamere. Just tryin to help out. Take Care

RE: Nitrous Oxide Kits...

J.C. Whitney (www.jcwhitney.com) has a deal on N.O.S. (Nitrous Oxide Systems by Holley Performance) systems for the 4th generation Maxima. It is $374.00 and should come with everything you need, except the nitrous of course. Just trying to help .

When is it too late to add NO2? I have 150,000 miles on my car, is that too many to be safe? Would it be safe if I changed out some engine parts? If so, which ones? Thanks

i was on here a few weeks ago asking everyone for advice on nitrous kits. i belive most of the kits people r runnign are dry kits from various vendors. just to get their oponion, i went to my reglar speed shop to ask their adivce. they recomended the kit from nitrous express, and told me they would NOT install a dry kit on my car, they only use wet kits, and would not install a wet kit unless i had some accessories first, ( bottle heater, fuel pump, pressure regulator ) they said a wet system is alot safer and went on with psi numbers and a hole bunch of other stuff to make their case.. its the only type a system they will install and have not had a car come back to date with engine failure due to the nitrious.(so they say) they also said that they also do not install the venom system because the company will not tell them what chages the computer makes to the car when the system is engaged. they said venom basically says " dont worry about what it does, it works" just thought you might like to hear it. in my own opinion, dont try to get away cheap with it, id rather spend a few hundred more bucks to enusre its completely safe rather than blowing an engine.. the guy that runs the shop has a 9 second integra, just turbo no juice so, you decide....

From what i've heard the Wet Shot is BAD for the type of intake runner system we have. I think maybe one person here is running a wet shot and all the dry shot people have had NO PROBLEMS. you just have to tune it right and double check everything. Don't get a wet shot, he just wants your money. Get the 5124 NOS kit from JC WHITNEY. i did the install myself and plenty of people here will help you if you need help, it's easy.
