Stillen y-pipe, does it violated federal emission laws

Since the y-pipe eliminates the 2 pre-cats is it illegal and does it violate federal emission laws? Thanks!

Yup, thats why still says its for "off road use only" .. all ypipes for our cars are "illegal" for daily driving.

Yup

I had my Stillen Y-pipe installed an hour after I passed the smog check. I think it'll still pass once the exhaust gas warms above the pre-cat level.
