Are you bagged? or just have a lot of positive camber? dont know if its my eyes but it looks like your running an odd amount of positive camber.

For the tails, use VHT NightShades. It works GREAT, just throw a coat or two of clear after the fact and maybe lightly sand with a 400,000 grit sandpaper! LoL You dont HAVE to brighten the lights, but you CAN!
DJ

like DJ said the lights are sexy as hell but the light output is horrendous, had them on my max

So would light output be equivalent to that of stock if HIDs are stuck in these? I've been thinking about getting them as well... I have a bad crack in one of my headlights and now there's 1/2" of water in them (I'm so surprised my bulb hasn't gone yet because of that!!)

The headlights are sick but dont get them unless you plan on getting a retrofit done unless you like really crappy output

I love them on my car, light out put is not the best- I have hid's in them but they glare fairly bad. But I think they look great, but I"d go with the chrome ones on a gold car, NOT the black.

Funny thing.....I actually am going back to stock looking on the exterior.......i got that exterior modding bug but after a little while I got sick of it and have completely focused on performance......anyone interested I have both the hood and two CF front lips for sale...one is broken and the other was only used for about 2 weeks...

I have these on my black 98 and the look great. I contrasted them with the new crome bumper lights though.

If you don't plan on upgrading to HID/projectors just yet, then deffinately go out and to the freaking 9006 to 9005 upgrade b/c it gives a fuller light pattern on the ground which thus makes you safer at night.

I wouldnt mind going HID but where do you get a PNP kit. And roughly how much will it run? I know CE used to have a kit but now i dont know who carries it.

i bought those headlights for my 99 max and they look sweet on my silver car only problem i had was i had already bought my 9004 PNP HID kit so instead of buying a new kit i cut the shrowd on the headlight where the 9005 bulb would be (on the inner side) to fit my 9004 PNP HID kit. and then to use the 9005 bulbs for my regular headlights i used some wire taps to tap into the high side wires to get full function of the whole housing. only thing is i use my HIDs for my highs since i was stupid enough to cut the shrowd were the highs would go. but the output looks great.

man i just dont like the look. i think it takes from the smoothness of the max and looks too chopped up. they remind me of an accord headlight. i like the one piece idea but i think even thought the fit it bad the cefiro is a better choice. but hel that is just me so if you like them then do it. the black definitely looks better than the chrome . . .

I had them on my max....as evident from a post earlier but I decided to back to all stock exterior...well except for a drop and some lightweight sport editions....They were cool for a little while but the output made me get rid of them....

I love the output of the stock headlights now...

The 1 piece R34 headlights are not 9004? I am looking to buy these as my stock headlights got damaged, but I already have a 9004 HID kit.

I just put them in and I hate them. I have hids and the output is still Really Terrible. Anyone thinking about getting them should reconsider. DO NOT BUY THEM if you want to see at night. I will sell them right now $100. I am very disapointed.

dang... i was gonna buy these for my white max... but if the light output is as bad as you guys say, i don't know if i want them anymore... but whilst i'm here, i have a question... how does it work out, going from a single bulb to 2? i found these lights on bodykits.com, and they were like $340 or something... i tried to contact those guys asking about the single vs. dual headlights, but never got a response...

becuz i don't know the first step of retrofitting HID's... i can only assume that it involves tearing a brand new headlight housing apart and adding some things and sticking it back together... i say brand new because my original headlights are hazed like crazy

I just installed mine a few days ago. The output completely sucks, but they do look great in the day time. The high beam isnt that bad, just the low sucks. Most of where i drive has street lights everywhere, so it doesnt bother me
