Tokico or KYB shocks for OEM replacement

My max is making a clunking noise when i hit bumps. I took it to two different shops to get it inspected. They both said that it could be the struts (passenger side) or the ball joint on the same side. Since the car is 10 yrs old I am going to redo as much of the suspension as I can afford. I already replaced the end links, sway bar bushings and now want to replace the tie rod ends, struts and LCA's. The problem is that I dont know what struts to go with as an OEM replacement. I had tokico stuts and eibach springs on my 3rd gen max and the ride was too stiff for me(it handled great). So this time i am staying with the stock springs and just replacing the struts, mounts & etc. Which struts of the 2 would be the best stock replacement.
