man oh man was the installation time comsuming it took me 6 hour i didnt have all the right tools of course.the instructions to modify the fronts strut housing were easy to follow just time comsuming.as for the rears they are simple the only things is do you have to cut any of the rubber bushings or a bump stop if there is one like you had to cut the front bump stops.for some strange reason the right rear side is a 1/4" higher than than left rear dont know why.i also wasnt to sure on how to adjust the koni rears.
as for the sprints the drop is nice in the front. i must say that rear drop could be a little lower i hear that some poeple cut them to make the drop even but other than that the ride is a little stiff but the handling is owsome.
after test driving i noticed that the fronts make like a kind of sound that train carts make when making turns also that the right rear sits higher than the left i dont know if its something i did wrong or not i will have to check.im pretty content with this combo though..

You can choose to cut 1 or 2 notches out of the bump stop, but that does not affect your drop. There may be some inconsistency owing to variations in the springs. Not much can be done there. However, it is still early and the springs may just need to settle in. At first, I though the left rear of my H&R was lower than the right, but after a couple of weeks, they looked the same.

Koni rears are adjusted for height by a ring that varies the lower spring bracket to one of two heights. I use the lower one--after all, you are lowering your car! The softness is adjusted by fully compressing the piston rod and turning either right or left (you will feel it engage something). Best way to do this is turn the piston rod fully soft and turn however many half turns you desire...I left mine fully soft (which is really nicely firm)
