all four of my turn signals don't work and my hazard buttons don't work either, so i know its not the switch itself, all the fuse are not blown, so i went and bought a flasher but the problem is how do you disconnect the old flasher, because mine won't budge, and which one is it? is it the one closest to the top or the one closest to the bottom?

 

Couldn't tell you which one it is as you look at it, but it will have G/R, LG/B, and B colored wires in the harness (only three going to it).

Take a look at the harness and you should be able to figure it out.

i ran into a problem like this on a prelude. it would up being the hazard lite switch and a blown fuse under the hood. i would check your switches before you get into any major wiring diagrams
