Grining/Vibrations only during/after long drives.
After my Ksport install, I have been getting a grinding or vibration(not sure which) from my front left corner. It only pccurs during long drives, for example when I drive to UCF. I don't think it has anything to do with engine temp, because I have noticed the gauge at normal temp long before it starts making noise. I am thinking CV boot, not totally sure. No clicking, and I only feel it during acceleration(thats not to say its not their in coasting/braking, I just dont feel it). At first I thought it was a seized caliper, but its not. Any ideas?
Thanks!

I thought about the bearing, but from what Ive been told, that sounds like a whine? Like a little electric motor or somthing? The vibes are causing the noise, not just a noise. It very well could be my brakes. I might have to do some work on them anyway. What do you mean by sliders?
Not the dust shield.

Most likely it's your bearings. When they go bad they begin to get a little slack allowing the axle to pivot slightly. This in turn causes a rubbing (scraping) noise. You only get it during acceleration because your putting torque on the axle causing it to flex in a certain direction.
Could be wrong, but I was getting a scraping noise too. Had my brakes serviced. New pads, rotors, and on one side a caliper. Sound didn't go away until I did the bearing.
