I know from previous threads that buying NGK plats for maxima online is good priced if bought at around $7-$12 bucks. But, I went to this tuneup-brake shop at san diego today and had my tires rotated. I asked the guy for a spark replacement job and he gave me a quote for $57 or somewhere around there. And yes, that includes the NGK plats which he said he can get it for a very cheap price. He gets them around for like 2bucks, and sells for 3bucks. So thats about $20 for NGK spark plugs and about $37 bucks for service. Thats cheap I think.

I was thinking about doing this myself but for $57bucks, I think i'll go for that instead. If I do it myself, I'll have to get NGKs for around $12bucks each, spark plug extension, spark plug socket, and maybe something else too. That itself will cost more than $57, so I was like I'm not going through all that trouble when I can do it for $57...

If there is a better deal than this, please tell me because I have a appointment for this tuneup job this fri.. Oh yea, I don't know if I can just buy plugs from this shop.. Pretty cheap for around $3bucks.
