Installed CAI, now Check Engine light is on all the time

I installed my PR CAI about 2 weeks ago and ever since then the Check Engine light has been on. How do I reset the ECU so that it will realize that nothing is wrong? Where is the ECU on a '95 max? Is that all I need to do? I have checked to make sure the nuts are tightened and everything is sealed very well. Why else would the Check Engine light be on? Thanks
