removing passenger and backseats

can someone please tell me how to remove the upper cushions on the backseat? also how to remove the front passenger seat although it looks straightforward. i don't want to ruin the plastic trim around the brackets. i will be racing tomorrow.

come on guys..i know somebody here knows how to remove the rear seat backrests! there are bolts hiding somewhere. i need to find them.
