Auto Trans Fluid Change

My 99 SE has 32K on it. I'd like to change the tranny fluid this weekend and I'd like to flush out most of the old fluid. Any tips on how I can go about this? I know there's a lot more fluid in the trans thats going to drain out. I was thinking about doing a drain and refill after a short cruise (2nd refilling). Also any ideas on how much fluid I'm going to need and which brand to use?
