Well i have had my max for about 7 months now, and well its time for a major mod. So far i got clear corners (no biggie, but what an improvment...amber makes mys stomache ache) and some custom lights inside/outside.
Well back to the point, if i got 1,000 bucks to blow, what would u guys do?

Stillen Body kit, or some nice rims with tires?
lemme know what u think
whats your reasoning for 1 vs the other?

thanx

LIKE WO!!

I say get some nice rims because rims on any vehicle make it stand out. Then when you add the body kit everyone will be like WO! Thats my opinion.

SEE YA

You gotta have good wheels and tires. Not only does it look better (if the car is lowered), but the car will handle better. There's no performance gain from an aerokit. The aerokit would probably look silly with the stock wheels, anyway.

i would get neither. i would get lowered springs or coilovers and either a universal muffler or full cat-back systerm. also some shocks/struts. total amount with labor would be around $1000.

Get some wheels and tires. You can find a good set of 17" wheels and tires for around $900 if you look around. Then, spend a little more and get some lowering springs and put them on yourself. They aren't very difficult, and you save money by DIY, plus you have a "bonding experience" with your car!
