Do you keep it down (firm) or up (soft)? And why?

I myself keep it firm... but... uh... just don't ask me why.

Firm position. I sink into the seat too much when it is in the soft position.

I keep it on soft most of the time. But after an hour or so on the freeway, my back gets sore, so I move it to the first notch.
