Thanks for the info on the springs.
Took the body shop 30 days to get the car back to me...~$6200. I still need to replace the center pipe on the exhaust, and the front struts are shot now too...neither one of these were covered in the accident. At this point, I'd put in a good set of stock struts to keep costs down. The up side is that the car looks brand new from the front: new headlights, grille, bumper, repainted the hood (no more chips!!!)...and the shop cut me a deal so I didn't have to come up w/ my deductable. Downside is that I just got notification from my insurance that I've got a surcharge now of +$200/6 months. I've been paying GEICO for 11 years...not one incident until now...I think they are still ahead of the game, so I'm ****ed they are jacking my rate up.
