How is it a timed race but they tell you to follow the highway rules??? Speed limit??? WTF? Legal **** probably...

 

the rules are probably just for legal purposes. but also , since it is such a long race (22 hrs) some people might have to stop more often than others to pee and eat or sleep even or something, some cars might break down and stuff , know what i mean ? its probably just for legal reasons, because they cant say that "this contest encourages speeding, and its dangerous" or something ...
