Hey it looks possible, but just to be sure, can you put 97-99 tails on a 95-96?

 

its not possible they have slightly different shapes, and the 95-96 lenses have a groove on them, 97+ dont.

 

Yes and no. The tails that are not on the trunk will fit 100% but the one on the trunk 97-99 longer. I tried installing altezza lights but when I compare the trunk lights they looked longer.

Solution. buy clear one for the trunk and color it to match the outside lamp. So the possibility is there......

 

just replace the trunk lid and buy the set of tail lights....

 

MaximaGTR: That would be a good idea, but I was under the impression that they dont' make clear for the trunk pieces..only for the outside...correct me if i'm wrong...

 

I called one place but unfortuantly they told me that clear lenses has been discontinued from production for the maximas. So try to look around and see if any one still have them in stock. Sorry...

 

... they only made clears for the outer.
