Is there any way to make gold plated emblems silver again. I have a deep evergreen (dark green) Max and it came with the gold plating, and I persnally dont like it as much as the silver ones. Is there anyway to make them silver again?? If so, can you post directions. I appreciate and suggestions.

Yeah, Junkyard, swap them with someone, or pay like $18 bucks each at the dealership for them. Take Care

I would recommend shaving the emblems off for good. It looks good unless your paint is super faded. my.02

I've a dark green max with those infamous gold emblems all around.
To be honest with you, I hate it!
It reminds me of my grandpa¡¯s Cadillac.
I¡¯m going to paint them with black color.. I think it will look great!
I will post a pic soon!
Whatever you do don¡¯t ever spend a fortune from the dealer!
I know there was a place selling this electronic chrome kit for $40 or something¡¦
Sorry I forgot their phone#
